Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on any significant delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@howregrowhair.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
