Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Items that have been opened or used may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@howregrowhair.com with your order number and reason for the return
- We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address
- Ship the product back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect)
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@howregrowhair.com with photos of the issue.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — there is often a processing time before a refund appears
